Ethics in Publishing
As stewards of scholarly journals, we are dedicated to upholding the highest ethical standards in every facet of our operations. We are unwavering in our commitment to safeguarding the credibility of the research we publish, as well as the privacy and confidentiality of our authors, reviewers, and readers. In pursuit of these ideals, we pledge to adhere to the following ethical principles
Types of Peer Review:
Single-Blind Check:
Description: In a single-blind review, the author is blind to the identity of the reviewers, while the reviewers are aware of the author.
Policy: To guarantee unbiased assessments, the journal follows a single-blind review procedure in which reviewers are informed of the author's name to avoid biases but the author remains anonymous.
Process: Reviewers carry out evaluations in a confidential manner by withholding their identity from the writers. Double-Blind Check.
Open Peer Review:
Description: To improve accountability and transparency, open peer review entails disclosing the identities of both authors and reviewers at each stage of the review procedure.
Policy: To promote accountability and transparency, the journal permits an open peer review system in which the names of the reviewers and authors are revealed at any point throughout the review process.
Methodology: Open attribution of reviews and comments ensures a transparent evaluation process.
Post-Publication Peer Review:
Description: Post-publication peer review is the process of evaluating academic work after it has been released, enabling continuous evaluations and conversations.
Policy: To improve the rigor and caliber of published work, the journal encourages continuous evaluations and debates through post-publication peer review.
Process: The journal accepts further reviews and criticisms from the scientific community following publication, enabling ongoing assessment and discussion.These policies demonstrate the diverse approaches journals can take in ensuring the quality and integrity of scholarly publications. Journals may choose one specific method or a combination thereof, depending on their editorial preferences and goals for maintaining rigorous standards in academic publishing.
Equal Authorship
Ensure originality and provide proper citations for external sources. We insist that all authors of submitted research meet the authorship criteria defined by international guidelines. We also mandate that authors disclose any potential conflicts of interest that may impact their research
HEC Policy Compliance:
Our journal strictly adheres to the Higher Education Commission (HEC) policy regarding plagiarism. As per HEC guidelines, the similarity index in any submitted manuscript should not exceed 19%. Authors are responsible for ensuring their work complies with this requirement. Manuscripts found to exceed the specified similarity index will be subject to further scrutiny and possible rejection or revision as deemed necessary by the editorial board.
Self-Retraction
Notify the publisher or journal editor of any errors in published research. We acknowledge that errors and mistakes can occur in research, and we are committed to correcting them promptly and transparently. If errors or mistakes are discovered after publication, we will issue corrections or retractions as appropriate.
Authors
Originality and Authenticity
Authors guarantee the originality and authenticity of their work, acknowledging all sources used in their research. Plagiarism and other forms of academic misconduct are strictly avoided.
Accuracy and Integrity
Authors are dedicated to ensuring the accuracy and integrity of their research. Findings are presented honestly and accurately, without data manipulation to support hypotheses or arguments.
Ethical Approval and Informed Consent
Authors secure appropriate ethical approval and informed consent for research involving human subjects, animals, or sensitive topics. Research is conducted in compliance with relevant guidelines and regulations.
Acknowledgment and Attribution
Authors acknowledge and attribute contributions from all individuals and organizations involved in their research. Contributions are not misrepresented, and credit is not claimed for work that is not their own.
Responsiveness and Cooperation
Authors respond promptly and cooperatively to requests for information or clarification related to their research. Errors or mistakes are acknowledged and addressed promptly and transparently.

Abstract:
Centered, 150-250 words, no indentation, keywords (italicized) below the abstract.
Introduction:
Briefly introduce the research topic.
Clearly state the research question/hypothesis.
Provide a rationale for the study
End the introduction with a clear statement of the purpose of the research

Literature Review:
Review relevant literature related to the research topic.
Organize the literature based on themes or concepts.
Identify gaps in the existing literature that your study aims to address.
Method:
Subheadings: Participants, Procedure, Measures (if applicable).
Provide detailed information on the participants, including demographics.
Describe the research procedure in chronological order.
Detail the measures or instruments used, including their reliability and validity.
Results:
Present your findings in a logical order.
Use tables and figures to summarize data (see below for details).
Avoid interpreting the results in this section.
Discussion:
Interpret the results.
Discuss the implications of the findings.
Relate your findings to existing literature.
Address study limitations.
Propose directions for future research.
Conclusion:
Summarize the main findings.

Alphabetical order by the author's last name.
Follow APA 7th edition guidelines for formatting.
Tables and Figures:
Each table and figure should have a title and be numbered consecutively.
Place tables and figures within the text, close to where they are first mentioned.
Formatting:
Font: Times New Roman, 12-point
Margins: 1-inch on all sides
Line spacing: 1.5
Page numbers: Top right corner, starting on the title page.
Headings: Use up to five levels of headings, formatted consistently (see APA Manual for details).
Word Count:
Keep the article within the range of 5000-7000 words.
References:
Include a minimum of 30 references.
At least 20 references should be from the last 5 years.

Reviewers occupy a pivotal role in upholding the calibre and integrity of academic research. Reviewers must recognize the paramount importance of maintaining impeccable ethical standards in their work and commit to the following ethical tenets:
Confidentiality and Disclosure
Reviewers are obliged to respect the confidentiality of the peer review process and the manuscripts they evaluate. Under no circumstances will reviewers divulge information related to manuscripts or the review process without proper authorization or legal requirement.
Impartial Assessment
Reviewers are obliged to impartially assess manuscripts solely on their academic merit, irrespective of factors such as authors' race, gender, nationality, or institutional affiliation. Any potential conflicts of interest shall be disclosed, and reviewers are obliged to recuse themselves when necessary.
Timeliness and Communication
Reviewers understand the importance of timely reviews and will endeavour to complete reviews within agreed-upon timelines. In case of unforeseen delays, reviewers will promptly inform the editors and provide an estimated completion timeline.
Constructive Feedback
Reviewers are obliged to offer constructive feedback to authors aimed at enhancing the quality of manuscripts. Personal attacks or derogatory comments will be avoided.
Originality Verification
Reviewers are obliged to verify the originality of manuscripts and confirm that they have not been previously published or are under concurrent review elsewhere. Suspected cases of plagiarism or research misconduct will be reported to the editors promptly.
Professionalism in Reviewing
Reviewers are obliged to exhibit professionalism in all aspects of their reviewing responsibilities. Authors and their work shall be treated with respect, and feedback provided will be both constructive and objective.

A word processing software provides the tools of Editing, copying, removing, is used to deploy the format of the text document, there is various type of formatting that includes, preparing the manuscript, printing document, copy and placing the text in paper, design of text, fonts formatting, image illustration, correcting the grammatical error enhance the manuscript. The tools include formatting of the pages, organize the columns, adding the page numbers, inserts images, when you are designing the document you need to use the publishing software for having control on the pages.
